Orange Cauliflower
Plant-based twist on a Chinese classic! Crispy cauliflower tossed in a sweet and tangy orange sauce. On fried brown rice mixed with carrots, onions, peas and tofu scramble. Finished with toasted sesame seeds and scallions.
Cuban Mojo Bowl
A culinary trip to Havana! Sweet and tangy mojo jackfruit, smoky Cuban-style black beans, creamy avocado, and a sweet-and-spicy pineapple salsa are placed on a bed of quinoa and Mojo aioli. Topped with spicy pickled sweet peppers and fresh cilantro.




Peanut Butter Parfait
