Just a bit south downtown Lincoln City, there is Devils Lake State Recreation Area.
I visited this park from both sides.The first one from NE East Devils Lake Rd has gorgeous views especially when the fog was coming from the ocean.
The main park is only a campground where around 200,000 people a year stay there.
