Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad

I rode the Oregon Coastal Railroad excursion from Garibaldi to Rockaway Beach. This simple one hour and a half ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad lasts an hour and a half. Half an hour ride to Rockaway Beach, stops for half an hour there and goes back to Garibaldi.

The ride seems slow for only 4 miles but the scenery is wonderful! With three car options: open, semi-open, and covered cars. I took the semi-open and was able to appreciate nature in the maximum splendor.
